True Level ("we," "us") designs, builds, and cares for custom websites for local businesses. This page covers the True Level website and how we handle information for visitors and prospective clients. If you're an active client, the data-handling terms in your signed Service Agreement take priority for anything related to your account.

What we collect

• Information you send us directly, for example your name, business name, phone number, and email, when you book a consultation or reach out about a website.
• Basic site-usage data (pages viewed, general location, device type) through standard analytics, used only to understand what's working on this site.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not add you to any automated text or email campaign without your consent.

How we use it

To respond to your request, plan your consultation, and, if you become a client, to build and care for your website. We may use ad-platform tools (Google, Meta) to measure whether our own marketing is working, standard practice for any business running ads.

Text messages and consent

True Level LLC sends text messages from (720) 637-3091 to people who asked for a call or a quote and to current clients: call confirmations and reminders, follow-ups on a request, project updates, and answers to questions. You opt in by confirming a call on this site (the booking form states that you agree to a call and a text confirmation), or by agreeing on a phone call, which we note on your contact record before any text is sent.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be 18 or older to opt in.
• Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
• Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Text HELP for help, or call (720) 637-3091.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent your information.
• If you become a client, tools we set up for you (like review requests) may text your customers on your behalf. You are responsible for having consent to text your own customer list; the Service Agreement covers this.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses basic analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you or to serve advertising. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data. You can block cookies in your browser and the site still works.

Data security

Booking requests and consent records are stored in our customer records system, password protected with access limited to our own team. We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

Your rights

• Unsubscribe from texts at any time by texting STOP to (720) 637-3091.
• Update or correct your information, or ask us to delete anything not tied to an active service agreement, by emailing eli@truelevel.ai or calling (720) 637-3091. We respond within a few business days.
